
Putting to practice the Hypersprint to design a whole platform in 2 weeks.
INTRO
After working with DeepWork Studio for a while and helping some of their clients with branding and product design sprints, it was time to put the process to test and bringing it back to the mothership. We only had 2 weeks for this
GOAL
To revamp the online presence for Deepwork Studio by creating a brand new digital identity in the period of 2 weeks from concept to deliver.
PROCESS
All the workshops went amazingly well, it was like as if they didn't need a facilitator to drive things. After doing it so many times for our clients we all knew exactly what to do on each exercise.
As usual we started the 1st day with an aligning all parties included in the process (myself and both Deepwork founders) and deciding on what to focus on. The 2nd day was dedicated creating solutions by refining the user journey decided on the first day and having everyone sketching their ideas to solve the tasks in hand. On the 3rd day we jumped into merging all the winning solutions onto a feasible concept that could be designed and put in front of real users for testing.
RESULTS
By the end of the 2 weeks we had designed 5 pages in total and ended up with a design system with a visual language that could be extended to other customer facing collateral such as the Hypersprint workshop materials, Deepwork knowledge base and so on.
