Map Loader

Following the work being carried over for Ovi Maps, I was responsible for kick starting the first ever web version of Nokia Maps Map Loader.

Map Loader was an application that allowed Nokia users to download maps content (maps, voices and languages) to their devices so that they din’t need an internet connection to access maps on the fly when they were out and about. This product was available on the market as a stand-alone application so this consisted as the first step transition to bring such functionality onto Ovi online Maps platform.
